  • If you are registering for the first time for the LIASA Annual Conference 2025, please click on the words "New Registration" to create your profile and password. 
  • Once you have registered and should you wish to amend your existing registration, please click on the words "Amend Existing Registration" and enter the email address and password you used when you first used the registration system. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you want to add an additional delegate to your existing registration please click on the words "New Registration" to add additional delegates and proceed with registering the delegates, because if you try to access the existing booking to add additional delegates, it will change the existing booking.  Please contact Thandeka Ngubo should you have any queries:  Email: thandeka@confco.co.za
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "NEXT" to proceed.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link and follow the instructions.  You need to enter the email address you used when you first used the registration system and click on "Reset password". The email to reset your password will come from "EventsAIR". 

If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam, junk or clutter mailboxes to retrieve it.  The system will send you a link.  Click the link to change your password.  Enter a new password and re-enter the password to confirm.  Click the button to confirm.  Return to the registration page to re-enter the registration system.

  • Payment can only be made when you have completed the entire registration process.
  • An invoice will automatically be generated and sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.

By registering, you agree to the “ordinary” personal data you provide with the other delegates who will attend the conference, to enable effective networking and business exchanges to take place, including on the official Conference App. Personal data on all delegates will be retained on the registration system/ APP for 1 year, for the purpose of enabling delegates to easily contact one another after the event is over, other parties who did not attend the conference will not be able to access your personal data.

Photography and video material

Pictures and videos taken at the conference could be reproduced in future, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including social media and the CONFCO/ LIASA websites.

CONFCO/ LIASA reserves the right to crop, splice, treat and edit any imagery or photographs taken at CONFCO/ LIASA events.  The participant waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy. Additionally, all right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to use of the name, photograph or biography are waived by the Participant, Participant’s agents or employees. All photographs and video materials taken at CONFCO/ LIASA become the property of CONFCO/ LIASA. CONFCO/ LIASA related materials may not be photographed, drawn, copied or reproduced without CONFCO/ LIASA written permission

Naturally, Participants always have the right for their picture to be removed. Should you wish to have your picture or video removed, please contact us and we will take action accordingly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Payments Early Bird Registrations need to be paid in full by Thursday, 31 July 2025, it is the responsibility of the delegate to make sure payment is done on time. Should payment not be received, an updated invoice will be issued with the standard registration fee for payment.  All standard registration fees must be paid by Friday, 19 September 2025. a. If no payment is received by 19 September 2025, you will be deregistered from the conference and will be held liable for administrative costs. b. By registering for the conference you personally accept responsibility for the payment of the invoice. c. Proof of payment must be emailed to finance@confco.co.za and conference@liasa.org.za. d. Official receipts will only be issued upon written request after proof of payment has been received, and the payment has been cleared and identified in the conference bank account. e. Please use the reference number provided on the invoice when making payment. Neither LIASA nor The Conference Company will take responsibility for any lack of action associated with payments without, or with incorrect, references. 2. Purchase Orders Purchase Orders will not be accepted as a method of payment – payment must have been received by LIASA before arriving at the conference venue or before the conference login details will be sent to delegates. 3. Registration Dates No onsite registration at the conference venue will be allowed. a. Online registration closes on 25 September 2025. b. Registration requests received after 19 September 2025 will have to be paid immediately before the registration can be finalised. 4. Delegates will not be allowed to attend the Conference if they still have outstanding fees from previous LIASA Conferences. 5. Transfer of registrations A delegate who has already paid and is subsequently unable to attend the Conference must notify the organisers in writing prior to the Conference. You will be allowed to send a substitute provided the substitute is in the same registration fee category. Adjustments to increase the fee will be made if the substitute is in a higher fee category than the original delegate. The paid fee will remain as is if the substitute delegate is in a cheaper category than the original delegate. 6. Cancellation policy All cancellations, including a motivation giving reasons for cancelling, must be received by the conference secretariat in writing via email before/by 31 August 2025. A substitute can be sent - see point 5 above. a. Any cancellations received in writing before/by 31 August 2025 will result in a 50% refund of the paid fees. b. Any cancellations received in writing after 31 August 2025 will result in a 0% refund of paid fees. c. Refunds will only be issued after the conference has taken place. d. Paid-up conference delegates who for whatever reason do not attend the conference, and have not cancelled as per the conditions above, will not be eligible to claim a refund.

What happens next? Once your application has been received and processed:
• An invoice with the banking details will be forwarded to you.
• Payment can be made by Credit Card, Bank/Electronic Transfer, Cash deposit. Purchase Orders need to be paid prior to the Conference.
• Please note that if payments incur bank charges, these will be for your own account.
• Full payment for these charges is required before your registration is fully confirmed.
• Please ensure any bank transfer makes clear reference to the payment reference number stipulated on your invoice.
• Once payment has been made, kindly email through proof of payment to the Secretariat, c/o The Conference Company. Email: finance@confco.co.za
• An official receipt will be provided on confirmation of payment.

For Online payments please request Invoice and use the link provided on the Confirmation email.

Thank you for completing your registration for the LIASA Conference 2025. Please be advised that your registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of registration fees in the conference bank account. A Receipt will be sent to you once the funds have reflected in the account.  All details regarding your attendance including the Delegate letter and Mobile App pin will be sent to the same email. 

The Invoice is system generated and will be sent directly to your provided email during registration automatically from the system.
